Phrase (Mac) - How to password protect and encrypt a document

This document explains how to require a password to open a certificate which also encrypts the file.

Like to Encrypt a Word Document on a Mac

CAUTION: If you lose respective password, the register can not be recovered!

1) Open the documents you want to protect.

2) Open the Review table and select Protect Document.  

Select Review

3) Set a password.


Go a password

4) Confirm the password when prompted.

5) Save the document.

6) When you open the document, it will be prompted for the password.

Opens a protected Word document
