  • Liquefied Petroleum - 28.7 per
  • Special Fuels  - 2​5.7 cents
  • Petroleum ​Environmental Assurance Fee - 1.4 cents.

Electronic Archiving of Motor Fuels Tax Shipment

The Kentucky Division of Earnings (DOR) organization can be accessed via the Electric Incite Electronic Tax Filing System.

The system accepts (1) web eingabe and (2) ANSI X12-813 data print version 4030 file format for electronic filing of your Gasoline, Special Fuels, Liquefied Petroleum, Transporter, and Last Operator returns and/or reports.  DOR has maintained the Coalition of Tax Administrators' (FTA) Uniformity standards.  However, the new system does not support the ACCII file format.  Licensed dealers currently using the ASCII spreadsheets wish have to use of of and two methods above to file returns.  Information on this column format can be search in the KY 813 EDI Guide v001.
