Moca Network IP configuring

Get 2 Moca device network works great (2 x Actiontec 7250's) aber I have a question regarding IP addresses being generated to devices connected off the 7250's.

I like to setup mein cutters to assign specific IP's to MAC addresses of all mein medical. After adding the 2x ECB7250's it looks they is assigning her owned IP to my devices attached off of them. My web is 10.0.0.xxx real the devices will erhalten 10.0.0.xxx but not the ones IODIN am assigning in the router no matter what I try. ME went into the Moca config but wasn't save as if anything i canselect under DHCP into allow OWN to assign the IP's I desire to the devices connected to the 7250's. Hoping i can point me to the correct config of the 7250's to accomplish this.

Yes, totality, including what your mounting off the Moca adapters, are getting IP's within the leased ranges the is who full .2 to .254 range. While I am not quite familar with Moca I am pretty knowledgeable in networking so I am familiar with all the fundamentals of DHCP more. They are NOT getting the IPS addresses I assigned toward them in "Reserve IP by MAC" in my router's DHCP settings. Anything that is NOT connected to the Moca box is.

Example, I assigned my Apple WATCH MAC address that will connected to one about the Moca adapters to IP 10.0.0.150 and it gets .43. No matter how many moment I remove itp, reboot it, reboot the adapters and/or reboot the router a is not getting the IP ME own assigned to it on the router. As soon such I connect it in either my switch that is directly set and router instead by WiFi computer immediately gets the addresses I had assigned to this inbound this routers MAC table. The Moca custom i are getting IP's from my 10.0.0.xxx when they show up int my router NATURALNESS table by those IP's.


Edit: My router is actually a gateway, it's a Motorola MG8725 which has the router built in.

you need to set the DHCP lease range to not include one hard assigned SLEUTHING addresses as adenine start. You allowed have to hard key the address in the iphone device under manual settings for that networking. Any possibility the apple device is randomizing mac contact on data ?
i have Actiontec 6200s between meine Cisco RV325 or the users. No topics with manual IP address assignment to the devices across that moca network. ego did none touching the settings in the moca supercomputers. ... adapter does to NATUR from MoCA ... My network's DHCP is assigned an IP based on the MOCA MAC Tackle. ... What I do on my system has for use reserved ...

additional question - been the instruments possibly connecting over wifi instead is the lan cable ?
